I think that this makes sense. Apple is a diversified leader in technology, laptops, desktops, music players, media distribution (iTunes), and mobile. At this point while Google has a lot of irons in the fire they still make almost all of their revenue on advertising.
For once I think that Wall Street might be looking at things correctly.

Sure, Apple is a “leader” in aesthetics; they revolutionized mp3-players and are onto something with the iPhone etc.; they have <5% market share for computers, though. Not sure what’s their core market in the future; they probably don’t know as well at the moment. This valuation is ridiculous.
